Customers must pay return shipping if:

Company-Responsible Return Shipping

Albarthan will cover return shipping costs if:

  • The item arrived damaged

5. Inspection and Processing of Returned Items

Once the returned item is delivered to our facility, it undergoes a standard inspection to verify:

After inspection, one of the following outcomes will apply:

Approved Returns

Albarthan is not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
